Fix immediate "Busy" when calling a contact (Skype Tutorial)

Sometimes, when you try to call a contact, it shows the contact is Busy, which in fact the contact isn't really Busy or ending the call. No notifications are sent to the contact that you are trying to call. Not even one notification. This happens. But I found a easy fix for it.

Steps:-
1) Update your Skype application.
Sometimes, your application could be faulty. Updating it might fix the problem.

2) Now for the actual fix. Just make a group conference call with Echo / Sound Test Service (echo123) and the contact whom you want to call. Then the call will start. Wait for the Echo / Sound Test Service to end it's call by itself. Echo / Sound Test Service will be gone from the call, but the contact whom you wanted to call will still be there in the group but the call will no longer be a group call because there are only two people in the call, one you and your contact only. To do this on Windows or Linux, read on.
2a) Press and hold the Ctrl key.
2b) While holding the Ctrl key, click on Echo / Sound Test Service and then the contact you want to call.
2c) Both contacts will be selected, you can now stop holding the Ctrl key. Now right click one of the selected contacts and click on Start Conference with Selected Contacts and the call will start!

NOTE: This also seems to work for most other call problems as well.
NOTE 2: You can also use a real online contact instead of Echo / Sound Test Service.
NOTE 3: Keep trying until you succeed.
